Salt Pool

The salt pool is seasonal and is a sizable 8m length pool so suitable for a swim or just a dip if you prefer. Salt is the holistic alternative to conventional chlorine which is gentler and kinder to the skin, eyes and hair. The water is softer which can be beneficial to anyone with irritated dry skin such as eczema or psoriasis and has a much more pleasant odour. You still have peace of mind that the pool is safe as it is run by means of an electrolysis machine which uses the salt to convert to a natural form of chlorine and neutralizes harmful bacteria and algae. Also salt water is known to promote relaxation of sore muscles and relieve pain and stiffness.
